Contributing Scholars serve as adjunct policy experts at ITR Foundation. These individuals are distinguished within their professions and fields of study, having demonstrated years of practical, real-world experience. While Contributing Scholars partner with ITR Foundation on specific projects and function as policy advisors, they maintain independent interests not affiliated with ITR Foundation.
